Now in its ninth year, the IDC Future Enterprise Awards have recognised digital transformation excellence across Asia/Pacific since 2017. Over 4,000 unique organisations have submitted nominations, with more than 700 winners celebrated regionally to date.

Traditionally a lengthy, 8–11 page record of academic and enrichment experiences, the Student Achievement Document (Dokumen Pendamping Ijazah/DPI) was time-consuming to produce and difficult for employers to review effectively. To solve this, BINUS developed an AI-powered summary system using GPT-4, capable of generating concise, professional-grade executive summaries for more than 11,000 graduates periodically. This system synthesizes key academic data, soft skills, internship experiences, and extracurricular activities into a one-page, employer-ready narrative. Sensitive information such as GPA, gender, and program names is handled through code, while GPT-4 is fine-tuned with prompt engineering to adopt an academic editorial voice. The most significant KPI demonstrating its success is a total operational cost savings of IDR 515,350,000 (USD 31,600) per year, by reducing manual summary processing time from 115 days to just 5 days.
